Lisa is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and has been working as a counselor for more than 15 years. She is a Level I trained Gottman Method Couples Therapist and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Lisa is a certified Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid instructor, a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, and a Certified Clinical Supervisor."I love what I do, and I am honored when people invite me along on their journey to healing and self-discovery. I believe my role as a counselor is to facilitate your process through the use of my skills and expertise, as well as the integration of your strengths, faith, and spirituality into the counseling session. I work competently from a Christian worldview with people of any background."
